Voluminous, heavy plants with a compact, tight base. Thick leaf, green or brilliant red in colour. Excellent postharvest storability.

Compact plants with good leaf density at the heart. Well-textured leaves, green or brilliant dark red in colour. Good retention of head form, round with flat base.

Production Process

Sowing
O.P. Ventrone produces only on its own land and on that of its partners.

Irrigation
The greenhouses of O. P. Ventrone are equipped with an indoor rain irrigation system.

Harvest
The products are harvested in the more than 100 ha of greenhouses and on the 50 ha of open fields.

Quality control
Following careful quality control, O. P. Ventrone selects only the best products by hand.

Packaging
Weighing and packaging of the products are carried out directly at the company, without any involvement of third parties.

Shipping
The final product is placed into temperature-controlled cells and is shipped for sale.
